How the tea reaches you and how you pay for it. Free shipping on orders over €50.

Shipping options
We ship orders via Packeta (Zásielkovňa) to Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
- Packeta - pickup point (SK): €4
- Packeta - courier to your door (SK): €5
- Packeta - pickup point (CZ): CZK 100
- Packeta - courier to your door (CZ): CZK 125
- Personal pickup: free (by arrangement)
On orders over €50 (SK) / CZK 1,250 (CZ) shipping is free - it’s deducted automatically at checkout.
Delivery time
We usually keep goods in stock and deliver within 2-5 business days of receiving payment (for bank transfer, from when the amount is credited). We’ll email you when it ships, including the shipment tracking number.
Payment methods
- Card online (Comgate) - Visa, Mastercard. We process the order immediately after payment.
- Bank transfer - after ordering you’ll receive the IBAN and variable symbol by email. We ship once the payment is credited.
Prices are final - Vladimír Köppel - Webbusters is not a VAT payer. You always receive an invoice electronically with your order.
